A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans Undergraduate and Loyola University, School of Law, a qualified civil law mediator and attorney, Richard G. Perque began his legal career in Assumption Parish, Louisiana with his grandfather Risley “Pappy” Triche, and mother, Jane Triche-Milazzo.
Following his grandfather’s retirement and mother’s investiture as District Judge of the 23rd Judicial District Court and subsequent appointment and confirmation to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Richard opened his practice in New Orleans to serve a greater population of southeastern Louisiana.
He continues representing clients in the river parishes in the areas of family law, wills and estates, personal injury, and corporate and general civil litigation.

Richard is licensed to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, Federal District Courts seated in Louisiana, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
